Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
After being inspired initially by the shadows she observed on the grass of trees and the shadows she saw on the trees, she set out to develop a technique which didn't depict an object as a two-dimensional image. The subject becomes a replica of its own, with the canvas carrying its own interpretation painted by the object, particularly when it is a living object or perishable like people or fruit. Alexa's style of painting is one of ephemeral, and only photos of her work remain. Since the painting and photographic techniques are coordinated so closely it creates an illusion of trompe l'oeil, in which it appears as if three dimensions appears only at specific locations, like the area around the eyes or the hair. Meade will sometimes integrate her painting into the surrounding three-dimensional environment that allows her to work within the context of their own. The distinctions between performance photography, and installation is thus broken.
