Michael Torres better known as Myke, a Puerto Rican Rapper and Songwriter was born on January 15th, 1994. He was born in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. In 2017 he slightly modified his name by changing it from Mike Towers to Myke Towers to pay tribute to the music movement Young Kingz of which he is part of. He changed the i to a y first letter of the name of the movement. Myke has been involved in the underground rap scene in Puerto Rico since his teens. His initial freestyles and songs were released through SoundCloud. The songs he released in 2014 Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal, and En los Bloques made him a household name. In 2014, he gained recognition due to the La Nueva Droga freestyle and interpretation of Drake's original song, 0 To 100.
